3D Tours work best for interiors but if there are no shadows or harsh lighting, exterior spaces may be included such as pouches, or balconies.
The scan time depends on the space. It depends how many bedrooms, and tight corners the property has. A 1000 ft property usually takes between 45-60 minutes.
Please make sure the space is clean and well organized before the scheduled appointment.
Any additional time spent rearranging furniture or cleaning may include additional charges.
Please provide clear instructions when scheduling, how to access the property or include any instructions for keyless entrty.
No, You do not have to be present while we scan the property. The scanning process can take hours to complete and most of our clients either provide directions for keyless entry or have the property unlocked prior to our arrival.
We sanitize and secure the property once we have completed the scanning process.
Embedding a model is simple, it’s very similar to YouTube. To embed your tour simply copy and paste the HTML code that we will provide.
Billing & Delivery
We accept all forms of payment. Once completed we will send you an invoice and we require payment 30 days from when the appointment was made.
The first 6 months of hosting are free and then its only $50 a year per model after that.
